A moderate earthquake occurred at 4:43:31 PM (PDT) on Saturday, September 18, 2004.
The magnitude 5.4 event occurred 36 km (22 miles) SSW of Qualeys Camp, NV.
The hypocentral depth is 11 km ( 7 miles).
